Shaw in 1930. The spring itself is on the other side of the Thompson. He and his family operated Shaw Springs Resort until at least 1962.〔(BC Names/GeoBC entry "Shaw Spring (spring)" )〕 The CPR designated its rail stop here as Drynoch.
